Journey To Handstand


Lessons learned in Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand):

  1. Practice; patience; persistence.
  2. A change in perspective goes a long way.
  3. Breath is my best friend.
  4. Quality > Quantity.
  5. Practice.
  6. Do it right, or do it again.
  7. If you never try, you never know.
  8. Where you feel fear, seek understanding.
  9. More practice. Never enough practice.
  10. Stable breath brings balance and ease to mind, body, soul.
